Description:
SAIC has contingent job opportunities for an Information Assurance Analyst. These positions will be located in Huntsville, Alabama and Aberdeen, Maryland.
Serves as an Information Assurance Analyst for U.S. Army PM Joint Battle Command - Platform (JBC-P) to include systems such as Blue Force Tracking (BFT); Tactical Ground Reporting (TIGR); Mounted Family of Computer Systems (m-FOCS); and other Army Battle Command Systems (ABCS). Provides security engineering and Information Assurance (IA) Support. Assists in the development and evaluation activities related to information assurance, security engineering, systems and network engineering. Provides IA architecture support. Provides IA support to certification and accreditation processes IAW DFARS Clause Information Assurance Contractor Training and Certification. Provides IA support to security scans and other IA test events. Should be familiar with the KGV-72 Inline Encryption Device. Must maintain appropriate level of certification in accordance with DoD Directive 8570.1M for Systems Administrator (SA) or Information Assurance Security Officer (IASO).
Qualifications:
BASIC EDUCATION AND
Experience:
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university and a minimum of six (6) years of related experience or technical training. Experience and understanding of Army organizations, structure, and operating procedures. Must have current SECRET clearance.
