Job Description:
Leads and coordinates multi-disciplinary teams conducting software safety, airworthiness, and mission assurance evaluations. Utilizes strong leadership to ensure efforts meet schedule and quality metrics. Supports customer needs and travels as required. Utilizes organizational skills and possesses the ability to work well with others. Exercises strong written and oral communication skills, and multi-tasks with strong attention to detail and excellent follow-through skills. Provides technical leadership across multiple evaluation efforts focusing on efficiencies, customer coordination, and high quality deliverables. Required BS in a related technical field Minimum of 5 years of related experience Some travel Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance Desired Knowledge of military and software development industry standards Experience in Agile Software Development Methodology Good software process background Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Experience with C/C++, Ada, or other embedded programming languages Necessary Competencies Honesty, superior ethics Interpersonal savvy, excellent communication skills Ability to be a team player Initiative Positive attitude Professionalism Life at INTUITIVE Awards:

Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
Software DevelopmentEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
