Responsibilities Vice President of Operations, overseeing contract execution, personnel actions, and P/L responsibilities for . Must be capable of working and overseeing classified contracts. Support business development capture activities, while growing the business organically. Qualifications Candidate must have experience managing complex programs, and overseeing programs Must have knowledge of government contracts, and be capable of executing as both a prime and subcontractor related to DoD activities. Knowledge of Army, MDA, will be important. Job will require extensive involvement in business development and B&P activities, with major capture experience a plus. Knowledge of Model and Simulation, HWIL, testing, and software programs will be valuable.
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
Government & MilitaryEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
