BlueHalo is seeking a C3BM Systems Analyst to support Command, Control, Communications, and Battle Management (C3BM) systems engineering efforts include engaging in Command, Control, Battle Management, and Communications (C2BMC) technical engineering and integration, future concepts, new functionality, and multi-national exchange designs. This position is located in Huntsville, AL. Responsibilities Key
Responsibilities:
Systems engineering tasking includes participation in reviews and assessments of C2BMC engineering products and documentation. Collaboration with MDS stakeholders is required to prepare C2BMC engineering products as part of the engineering objectives documentation and analysis processes. Other activities include participation in engineering meetings, presenting engineering product development updates, providing analysis and failure review summaries, and making recommendations. Perform systems engineering integration functions to develop, field product-level functional, interface, and performance requirements. Support baseline program reviews, design reviews. Engage in C3BM contributing space systems activities, including SBIRS and BOA. Provide specific strategic support services, total lifecycle acquisition management support services, and strategic business management support services. Work with the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) to provide systems engineering expertise for systems engineering and integration activities for exchanging information in support of the integrated missile defense requirements. Assess the spiral and BOA builds and present the results in a briefing as part of operational fielding. Develop SOPs, and document meeting minutes. Support the customer in developing and reviewing architecture for MDS assets and integration schedules, network interface designs, integration, testing, and fielding plans. Qualifications Minimum
Qualifications:
BA or BS Degree 3
years of experience Active Secret Clearance Integration knowledge associated with information technology systems, information management and information security systems, software development life cycle, network node development, network operations, program integration Ability to work independently within a dynamic environment; apply network engineering and solutions to support real-world test, integration and operations; maintains the capability to develop and present reports and presentations to senior management-level personnel; and works within a collaborative environment composed of Government, Prime Contractor, Sub-Contractor and Supporting Contractor personnel.
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
System & Network AdministrationEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
