BlueHalo is seeking a M&S Digital Engineer. The selected candidate will provide Modeling and Simulation (M&S) Systems Engineering support for the Missile Defense System (MDS) Tier 2 Digital system assessment capability, End to End Digital Integrated System-Level Simulation (EDISS). Systems Engineering support will include M&S requirements definition and functional analysis, M&S digital framework design and development activities, conduct of enterprise-level design and technical reviews, and planning and execution of digital product integration and checkout activities. Responsibilities:
Lead and assist with model-based system engineering activities to include M&S and digital requirements definition, functional analysis and documentation of interface requirements and digital product system specification. Lead and assist with M&S digital framework design and development and Formal Qualification Testing (FQT) planning. Lead and assist with Enterprise-Level digital product design and technical reviews and coordination with digital model stakeholders. Lead and assist with digital product developmental integration and test checkout planning, execution and assessment. Lead and assist with documentation of system specification compliance, requirements verification and digital product capability and limitations to support system level Verification and Validation (V&V). Lead and assist with digital prototype and rapid development experiments coordination, planning, execution and assessment. Proactively work to resolve technical issues that could impact development schedule or overall performance of the digital product. Develop schedules, Plans of Action and Milestones (POAMs) to maintain development and integration and checkout schedules. Conduct and participate in technical meetings and workings groups. Plan, coordinate, and support digital product developmental integration and test checkout in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment. Qualifications Required Qualifications:
BS Degree and Master's Degree 12
years of related professional experience Active DoD Secret Clearance Strong technical understanding of models and simulations, especially constructive and digital simulations. Experience with software and M&S integration and test planning and execution. Ability to develop and present technical and status briefings to Senior Leadership. 5-12 years of model-based system engineering to include requirements definition and functional analysis. General understanding of Missile Defense Agency (MDA) processes and policies. Experience and/or understanding of the Missile Defense System (MDS) elements and overall architecture. Clear and effective oral and written communications skills

Goal-oriented with excellent people skills, ability to work in a team environment, strong work ethic and proactive in all manners related to the job Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) Missile Defense Systems (GM/GMD, Aegis, THAAD, Patriot, AN/TPY-2, SBX, Sensors)
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
