Our Senior FMS Analyst will:
Draft RFI responses to P&A's, coordinate LORs for P&A, and LORs for LOAs to achieve case signature supporting US and Partner Nation interests. Assist in presentation of FMS case statuses, approvals and reviews for critical PAC-2/PAC-3 efforts. Prepare and staff RFIs, LORs, LOAs, TS/FD, senior leader information briefings and supporting PMRs with LTI Product Office, SAMD, USASAC, DASA DE&C, and Army Security Assistance Enterprise stakeholders. Interact and respond to the SHIELD International Programs leadership and LTI legacy interceptor International Product Team Leader through formal and informal correspondence. Provide specialized expertise/advice regarding PATRIOT/PAC-2/PAC-3 System FMS case preparation, development and management for the purpose of managing and coordinating high-dollar foreign military sales cases. Develop associated documentation/ materials to support this effort. Expertise should include use of pricing formats and knowledge of the SAMM and C9.T2 Tables, MTDS, DSAMS, PAS sheets and IMPART to include troubleshooting, conveying US security assistance processes and procedures, and where to find documents to be acquired to complete case lines and notes, and other associated details required to become proficient in FMS case execution. Experience:
Clearance level required:
Secret Minimum 15 years' experience in Army program management support/FMS support/security assistance. Experience in Army air and missile defense required - specifically Patriot system Knowledge of the SAMM and C9.T2 Tables, MTDS, DSAMS, PAS sheets and IMPART Competent in the AECA, ITAR, SAMM and AR 12-1 policies and procedures Extensive knowledge of FMS case development, implementation and administration Competent in the AECA, ITAR, SAMM and AR 12-1 policies and procedures. Must be familiar with FMS requirements, funding, schedules and functional coordination as a member of IPTs and Working Groups resolving issues associated with pre- and post-case approvals, signatures and implementation
Qualifications:
Operational experience in the Indo-PACOM AOR desired. Experience with PAC-2/PAC-3 missile systems desired
Salary Range:
$250K -- $500K+
Minimum Qualification
System & Network Administration, Business Intelligence & AnalyticsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
