Deputy International Program Manager Provides senior level management for the KBR International Programs supporting to the U.S. Army Aviation and Missile Command (AMCOM) Security Assistance Management Directorate (SAMD). Supports multiple Foreign Military Sales (FMS) weapons system programs and International Partner countries. Management responsibilities include the administration of US and International contracts with all associated resources. Develops and implements division marketing strategies, teaming agreements and procurement requests. Program management responsibilities include working with/directing project managers and senior staff and developing customer requirements from initial contact through to staff in place providing Security Assistance support. Conducts hiring/in processing of new employees, training, time sheet management, CDRL management and Month Status Report (MSR) submission, salary administration, performance reviews, counseling, and professional development of assigned employees (approx. 30 employees). Maintains knowledge of Security Assistance support for the life cycle of Foreign Military Sales cases from pre-Letter of Request, to development, execution and closure. Responsible for reviewing project goals and milestones to manage cost, schedule and performance risks and ensure customer expectations are met. Must have knowledge and demonstrated understanding of policies governing and processes related to Security Assistance Management, Export compliance, International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), Export Administration Regulations (EAR), and security requirements set forth by the National Industrial Security Program (NISP). Must be familiar with Deltek, OnBase, Costpoint, Workday and Microsoft Office Suite This position requires a BS degree from an accredited college or university and 5 years of relevant experience. Experience from supporting the United States Army Security Assistance Command (USASAC) and / or Army Security Assistance Management Directorate (SAMD) is required. Department of Defense experience is desired. Must be a US Citizen and possess or meet the eligibly to obtain (and maintain) a Secret Clearance.
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Program ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
