Candidate shall support the Program Management and Business Office. Conduct planning and what-if studies to establish executable work statements and schedules for evolving program changes in design, development, integration, modification, verification and validation, and test activities and processes to ensure successful integration within well-defined and commonly understood requirements and interfaces with minimal risk. Provide support to the Change Management process in the definition and implementation of schedules resulting from awarded Task Instructions, Engineering Change Proposals (ECP) and Contract Change Proposals (CCP) to comprehend evolving requirements. Facilitate coordination between Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) in support of scheduling activities and provide status, reports, and metrics to leadership. Manage product level schedule, cost, technical baselines and execution. Engage with engineering, supplier management, production, program management for communicating and coordination of needs. Brief status to Senior / Executive Leadership. Manage product through life-cycle from non-recurring engineering though procurement, production, integration, test and sell-off. Excellent communication skills. Required:
Bachelor's and typically 6 or more years' related work experience, a master's degree and typically 4 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Up to 25% travel.
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
