Human Resources Team Leader
Job Description:
Coordinates the responsibilities of the Human Resources team. Supports company goals and initiatives by participating in all facets of Human Resources including benefits, recruiting, compliance, and employee service. Assists in the development of the Human Resources department through mentoring and day to day operations, while carrying out Human Resources tasks needed to support the compliance, growth, and development of the company. Provides counseling on policy and procedures, and assists with employee relations. Coordinates contractor compliance reporting and various other Human Resources activities. Produces reports needed for leadership, and for company-wide analysis. Supports employee and company objectives using general knowledge of HR principles and practices. Exercises the ability to prioritize tasks with strong attention to detail. Employs excellent follow-through skills and the ability to work well with others in a professional manner. Required BS in Business Management Minimum 10 years related experience Strong verbal and written communication skills Some travel Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance Desired BS with Human Resources concentration SHRM or HRCI Human Resources Certifications Experience with Workday Necessary Competencies Honesty, superior ethics Interpersonal savvy, excellent communication skills Ability to be a team player Initiative Positive attitude Professionalism
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
HR Generalists & Business PartnersEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
