Senior Program Analyst


Job Description:
Provides direct support to an Army Command leadership team. Must possess knowledge and experience in managing a Department of the Army Civilian and Military Awards Program, including determining appropriate award, writing, editing, obtaining Command level or higher approval and experience in the automated awards system to retrieve data for projects and reports. Interprets directives, regulations and policies to ensure all awards (Civilian & military) are appropriate, accurate, timely and in accordance with regulations and other written guidance. Advises the Leadership Team; Directors, Division Chiefs, and other managers on the administrative aspects of the various types of civilian awards to include required documentation, justification and timelines. Employs strong oral communication skills. Possesses exceptional written with strong attention to detail. Works independently and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Possesses excellent customer service and time management skills, including the ability to multitask and prioritize to meet deadlines and suspense's. Required BS or BA in related field Minimum 5 years related experience Documented experience with Army Regulation (AR) 672-20, Incentive Awards, 1 April 2014 and AR 600-8-22, Military Awards Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, & PowerPoint) Some travel Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance Desired Master's degree in related field Experience with Microsoft SharePoint and Teams Necessary Competencies Honesty, superior ethics Interpersonal savvy, excellent communication skills Ability to be a team player Initiative Positive attitude Professionalism
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Program ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
