Support the AvMC Facilities Division by providing facility space planning and utilization, facility modernization and new facility development. Coordinates the planning, design, cost, engineering, construction, and environmental restoration for projects. Creates and present viable development alternatives for approval to include proposed space layouts and associated Rough Order of Magnitude costs. Prepares cost estimates for the maintenance, repair, and alteration of facilities and scope of project. Designs interior spaces based on identifying function of area, and creatively solving the design of the space to meet the needs of the users. Supports AvMC Long-Range Planning and modernization projects. Required BS or BA in facilities related to fields of Architecture, Engineering or Building Sciences with focus on Facilities Planning and Design or closely related field Minimum of 3 years' experience in facility engineering planning and design services, including planning, design, inspection, and construction management. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Experience with Adobe Acrobat including forms and portfolios Experience with MicroStation, Autodesk, AutoCAD or similar CAD software Possibility of some travel Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance Desired Experience with Tasker Management Tool, Autodesk Revit, Photoshop, and Microsoft SharePoint Background with Federal installation facilities and Army Corp of Engineers operations and plans is a plus Necessary Competencies Honesty, superior ethics Interpersonal savvy, excellent communication skills Ability to be a team player Initiative Positive attitude Professionalism Life at INTUITIVE Awards:

Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
