Summary:
The Client Operations Department serves as the liaison between our clients and the call center.
This role will serve as support to our CSR assisting with clerical functions, including printing documents, data entry, and report updates.
Hybrid work available following the initial 90 days, employees are required to be in the office for 1 to 2 days per week to complete specific tasks and maintain HIPAA compliance.

Experience:
GED/High School Diploma 1
years related office clerical support experience is preferred 1
years of Healthcare related background and/or industry experience is preferred Duties and
Responsibilities:
Review general account inquiries received from call center agents and manage inquiries through resolution Solid understanding of accounts payable and receivable practices and ability to reconcile patient accounts through internal systems Maintain a thorough and effective contingency plan with Client Service Representative to ensure clients service level expectations are met at all times.
Accountable for timely completion of assigned client specific reports and requirements.
Take initiative and action to respond to, resolve, and follow up on customer service issues and client requests in a timely manner.
Meet deadlines with frequent interruptions and redefined priorities.
Communicate all feedback, client updates, and recommendations to all levels within the organization using professionalism, positive attitude, and discretion to achieve objectives.
Provide feedback to Management on any issues concerning call center behavior as it relates to agent tickets Requirements:
Knowledge The candidate is expected to have continued learning and understanding of assigned client requirements following the initial training period.
Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, and other office procedures and terminology.
Efficient in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel and Word Knowledge in 10 key by touch typing Solid understanding of medical billing and healthcare recovery cycle Understanding of legal rules and regulations pertaining to billing, collections, and HIPPA Skills Active Listening -- Giving full attention to what others are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times.

Working Conditions:
This position is located in an office environment and requires the following physical abilities:
Performing work at a stationary workstation for 8 hours Interacting with a desktop computer or laptop Entering data into systems using a mouse and keyboard Ability to communicate clearly with others over a telephone system Ability to work at a pace that allows the employee to meet the standard goals as set forth by management.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
