has an immediate opening for a Program Control Analyst to support our Subsidiary Companies.

Position Description:
Reporting to the Senior Program Manager, the Program Control Analyst (PCA) will assist the F, P & A team and Program Managers with the planning, tracking, analysis and reporting of multiple projects of varying contract type, size complexity and level of risk.
Main duties include:
Facilitate project setup, prepare the contract work plan (company template) with all pertinent contract information for the projection, tracking and reconciliation of labor hours/costs and material costs with Deltek Costpoint.
Prepares and provides Individual Work Authorizations for the contract staff to identify proper contract charge codes, verifies timecard charges in Costpoint against budgets, and initiates employee charging in Costpoint systems.
Enter and track data through SharePoint applications and maintain task products inclusive of an internal auditable notebook of task processes, product deliverables, and schedules.
Additionally, the PCA establishes, maintains, processes, and updates files, records, certificates, and/or other documents as required.
PCAs may also schedule meetings and conferences, interviews and appointments, and perform other duties related to contract requirements and schedules.
Applies basic principles, theories and concepts, follows specific details and instructions to solve problems of limited scope and complexity.
Specific tasks will include the following:
Budget Assessments Analyze cost and assess performance on multiple project elements Develop and monitor budgets Create/maintain program/project schedules Develop monthly performance and cost reports to meet customer requirements and deadlines Evaluate timecards in Deltek to ensure employees are properly charging and implement into work plans Create and maintain Individual Work Authorizations Assign labor codes Analyze the contract work authorization to develop the work plan for contracts May be responsible for the supervision and mentoring of other employees Other duties assigned as necessary If you are a qualified individual with a disability or a disabled veteran, you have the right to request a reasonable accommodation.
