Now Hiring a Production Associate (Overnights)!! Pay Range:
$29.
02 / $2.
50 night shift differential / Sign on bonus - $3,000 The world needs creative solutions.
We need YOU! We are seeking a professional like you to join our team.
During your rotating 12 hour shifts as a Production Associate you will Responsible for Slurry production process coordination.
Responsible for managing production tanks on a daily basis Communicates and collaborate with Logistics on scheduling needs Mist be able to troubleshoot and assist operators in diagnosing production issues Communicates and collaborates with Process Engineering Reviews and verifies batch tickets for accuracy and responsible for final sing-off Keep daily production and tie in shift reports.
Submit general work notifications and create reservation in SAP.
Hand out daily shift assignments.
Manage customer needs, i.
e.
on time slurry deliveries to the coating department.
Must be able to manage resources and equipment i.
e.
tanks, dispersion, slurry heels.
Back fill the Contact supervisor role in His/ Her absence with the exception of exempt position duties, i.
e.
disciplinary actions, time cards etc.
Basic
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required Minimum 3 years of experience with precious metal manufacturing and refining operations Preferred
Qualifications:
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills Exhibit excellent communication and organizational skills Working knowledge of PC based software and computer systems Strong knowledge of Precious Metal accounting and control concepts Proficient in SAP Demonstrates the ability to influence others and collaborate for achievement.
This will be primarily encountered through daily interactions with internal team members Collaboration will also be required by supporting process improvements and small project team activities Must have good training skills Must be a member of the Hazwoper team if working in the material prep department.
