Customer Success Advocate - RemoteThe Premier Customer Success Advocate is responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with an assigned portfolio of existing high-value customer accounts.
This position is focused on maximizing customer retention and satisfaction by driving improvements in the overall customer experience.
Your Role:
Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts, with a focus on executive engagement and sponsorship.
Coordinate engagement with cross-departmental personnel including support, service, and management resources in order to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction.
Proactively investigate, identify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis, driving Sangoma value.
Lead the strategic planning process that encompasses not only financial targets, but also potential contract renewals, conversions, upsells, and migrations of product platforms Proactively managing contract lifecycles and renewals Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Business Reviews Escalations of support, billing, or service concerns, researching root cause, and driving timely resolution Your Background:
Experience in the Cloud Communications/Managed Service Provider space (Technology/ SaaS) is preferred Minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a B2B environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders The ability to show empathy and concern for customers and their business needs, advocating on their behalf with a sense of urgency Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability Experience with CRM software and other customer success tools Four year degree preferred or commiserate level of professional experience What We Offer:
