Operations Specialist

Insight Global is looking for a Operations and Integration Specialist to provide operational support for a client of ours in Huntsville, AL.
The Operations and Integration Specialist is responsible for planning, executing and supporting various activities and events for the team.
They will collect information, provide support to visitors, manage personnel and equipment requirements to ensure that the mission is met.
The Project Controller may advise leadership, integrate different strategies and monitor the progress of projects to ensure everything is going as planned.
They will communicate with various project officers and managers, gather information from different departments, prepare senior officers for meetings/conferences etc.
They will provide expertise in some technical matters and serve as a subject matter expert during interactions with industry partners.
They will review and analyst programs to ensure they are running effectively and efficiently.
Present solutions to problems and conduct meetings to discuss plans and program updates.
Minimum Requirements Active Secret with ability to obtain a TS/SCI.
BS/BA degree at least 12 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
Strong communications skills to communicate and coordinate with project officers, including those physically located offsite, such as, multiple Program Managers, AFC, AMC, and HQDA staffs to solicit information when preparing senior officers for conferences or other meetings.
Experience in the execution of forums involving multiple industry engagements, interoperability initiatives, the monthly decision brief to the CL CFT Director, support requirements in support of the Army Logistics Portfolio and AFC, and oversight of all matters pertaining to Integration planning, support, and execution.
Experience in formulating and implementing program plans, policies and guidelines that support program goals and objectives.
Ability to provide authoritative interpretations of regulatory guidelines and policies and resolves issues emanating within the directorate.
Ability to direct studies and analyses programs to determine whether objectives are appropriate and are being met, methods and procedures are effective and efficient, and facilitate program accomplishment.
Develops and presents solutions to problems for implementation.
Ability to conduct meetings to discuss various plans and programs and resolve management issues.
Ability to conduct formal reviews of policies, plans, and programs, and recommends approval authority to CFT Leadership.
Ability to oversee and coordinate the management of internal and external integration efforts to the directorate.
Recommended Skills Communication Leadership Event Management Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
