The ideal candidate will have demonstrated previous experience in customer service or cash handling and be highly motivated.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities Provide prompt, accurate routine tasks, including making deposits, withdrawals, transfers, issuing money orders or cashier checks, cashing checks, etc.
Accept loan payments, retrieve loan balances and assist customers initiating final pay-off of their loan.
Correctly identify customers and examine checks for proper endorsements and authenticity.
Balance currency, coin, and checks in cash drawers at end of shift using computers, calculators, or adding machines.
Set up and keep an organized workstation for daily activity, i.
e.
, obtains necessary forms supplies for individual workstation and order cash as needed.
Answers phones and transfer calls to appropriate personnel if unable to assist the customer.
Assist customers over the phone and in person to determine their banking needs while providing accurate and complete information.
Represent the bank in a friendly, positive, and professional manner.
