Non-Exempt Purpose:
Buffalo Rock is an award-winning Pepsi-Cola Bottler founded in Birmingham, AL, more than 100 years ago.
The primary duty of an Administrative Support - Level II is to perform administrative duties critical to the operation, including administering and maintaining customer set-up and Material Safety Data Sheets.
Education:
High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate) One (1) year administrative
Experience:
Required Knowledge:
Clerical - Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology.
English Language - Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.

o Capable of performing Administrative Support Level I duties.
o Accounts Payable invoice maintenance/review and W9 set-up.
o DSD (Direct Sales Delivery) weekend verification o House Invoices (reconcile invoice signature/DSD) o Maintain Employee-Partner Security Asset Sheet o MEM administration - Responsible to process Equipment Move Orders (EMOs) and product inventory (VMMS) o Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) record keeper and retention.
o New retail customer set-up (VIP) o Receive and process requests for account signage (POP) from the Retail Department.
o Retail Tel-Sell orders (if applicable) o Maintains continuous self-improvement through the knowledge and use of all Buffalo Rock provided training, either web-based, in-house, or any other provided method.
Successfully completes assigned training curriculum, including but not limited to online and/or facilitated training.
Other Tasks o Performs other duties as assigned.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
