Description ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Monitor restaurant associates in their daily work tasks.
Assisting staff as required.
.
Supervise guest service in the restaurant and bar, assuring brand standards are upheld.
.
Establish and re-inforce side work by restaurant staff, to confirm completion.
.
Communicate daily, all special groups and/or tastings to be held in the restaurant.
.
Set up and confirm daily, the floor plan and coverage for the day with staff.
.
Provide approved training for all new hires in the restaurant and/or bar.
.
Assist with and/or provide menu classes and/or taste panels, with the staff.
.
Enforce safe and accurate cash and card handling by staff.
MINIMUM
Qualifications:
.
Must have at least one year of restaurant dining supervision, with face-to-face interactions with guests.
.
Must complete Alcohol Service Certification.
.
Must complete ServSafe Certification.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
