Responsibilities:
Content Design and Development:
Facilitate and create engaging, effective, and interactive learning solutions based on project requirements Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure the development of accurate and effective training content Design and edit learning materials, such as How-Tos, online courses, poster materials, etc.
Use technology to deliver unique experiences through a variety of mediums Consulting:
Hold discovery meetings with stakeholders to help assess training needs Maintain productive and supportive relationships with multiple departments and subject matter experts to ensure overall program success Solicit inputs and recommendations from internal teams for further improvements or enhancements Feedback Analytics:
Develop methods such as surveys or tests to assess the effectiveness of the learning Apply data insights to new and existing content to enhance the learning experience Project Management:
Manage and prioritize multiple high-priority and time-sensitive requests Serve as LDC on a variety of projects and create/adhere to project timelines.
Manage the end-to-end content design and development process (scope, design content, test activities, monitor progress, and communicate with stakeholders for updates/approvals) Required
Qualifications:

years project management experience Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Proven self-starter 1
years in an Education or Marketing field 1
years in the poultry industry Bachelor's degree in a relevant field Preferred

Superior written and verbal communication skills Excellent consulting skills, (e.

, critical thinking, problem-solving, decision making, and influencing) Video editing knowledge and experience Graphic design knowledge and experience Adapts quickly to change and manages multiple high-priority projects successfully Exhibits a passion for learning and development.
