We currently employ approximately 600 people across our 4 locations.
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for our Huntsville, AL.
location with a patient, friendly, and positive attitude.
The ideal candidate for this role will have the following credentials.
Primary
Responsibilities:
Perform electrical/mechanical trouble shooting on industrial production equipment.
Perform preventative maintenance on equipment as assigned.
Complete electrical and plumbing connections for equipment installation.
Perform robot and fixture adjustments on automated assembly equipment to maintain quality requirements of parts.
Perform manual welding on machine guarding and tooling as needed.
Qualifications:
Previous experience working with robotic welders and/or stamping presses preferred Previous experience with scheduled and unscheduled machine maintenance Working knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, and electrical preferred Working knowledge of mill and lathe preferred.
Basic computer skills needed Eye for detail and accuracy Reliable, with high integrity and strong work ethic Data driven approach to problem solving and decision making Dedicated to the value of team success before individual interest Able to communicate with all levels of the organization in a professional manner 3-5 years of experience in industrial maintenance preferred High School diploma, equivalent education, or willing to meet this requirement Why should you come work with Ridgeview Industries? -In addition to a friendly work environment, Ridgeview Industries offers:
