Generous PTO, 401K, Health Insurance Package In-Depth Engineering Corporation seeks a Technical Trainer to support our rapidly growing engineering work for the Missile Defense Agency's Ground-Based Midcourse Defense (GMD) element of the Ballistic Defense System (BMD).
Due to the nature of the role, this is not being offered as a teleworking or hybrid position.
The work is performed at our customer site in Huntsville, Alabama.
Duties:
Work with subject matter experts (SMEs) to develop new learning products for multiple engineering disciplines, evaluating and improving existing learning products, collaborating with multiple teams to identify current and future training/knowledge/skill gaps, and administering learning management systems.
Apply contemporary adult learning theories to create a variety of learning materials for multiple disciplines, audiences, and modalities.
Collaborate and contribute to future curriculum development.
Create a wide variety of learning materials, ranging from microlearning products to self-paced learning guides to interactive courses.
Analyze and evaluate training/knowledge/skill gaps to identify and develop appropriate learning solutions.
Design and develop learning products for multiple modalities, including online, in-person, and hybrid, as well as synchronous and asynchronous formats.
Demonstrate and utilize effective needs analysis, project management, course development, and evaluation skills.
Create and analyze learning metrics to evaluate instructional effectiveness and improvement opportunities.
Adapt and present learning materials for different knowledge levels.
Basic
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in STEM discipline, Instructional Systems Design, Training & Learning Development, Rhetoric and Communication, or related field 5 years of applicable experience.
Experience developing learning materials for technical disciplines Experience developing technology-based learning products Experience applying adult learning theories and instructional design principles Active DoD Secret clearance Preferred
Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Contribute to and support GMD Engineering and Manufacturing knowledge development strategies, and their lifecycles.
Maintain positive communication with internal Product Developers and Government customers.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
