Executive Assistant to the CEO with Security Clearance

Radiance Technologies, a rapidly growing employee-owned company, is searching for a talented Executive Assistant for the CEO.
The candidate will be responsible for helping the CEO organize and plan their schedule to ensure the best possible use of their time.
The person selected for this position will perform a wide range of tasks including coordinating business meetings, planning itineraries for the CEO, interfacing with Board members, interfacing with executives of other agencies and companies, and monitoring executive objectives.
The candidate must have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to provide administrative and executive support to the CEO.
The candidate will be responsible for overseeing the schedule of the CEO.
As part of this process, they will interface with other departments to assure all the necessary resources are available to meet executive objectives within a reasonable timeframe.
Duties will also include the following:
Maintain and manage a calendar of events for the CEO, including all important conferences, meetings, and visitors.
Schedule/coordinate conference calls, rooms, transportation/travel as required.
Prepare executive meeting agendas and needed materials including briefing documents.
Prioritize CEO's schedule in alignment with their main efforts.
Handle details of a confidential nature and performs tasks as assigned by the CEO.
Assimilate a wide array of information into presentations, reports, and/or letters.
Schedule the use of conference rooms, conference calls, etc.
Required Skills:
Bachelor's Degree Ability to qualify for a Security Clearance Excellent interpersonal skills.
Must demonstrate the highest degree of professionalism while interacting with a diverse group of executives.
Strong communication skills, written and verbal Strong attention to details Required
Experience:
Experience with Microsoft Office tools such as PowerPoint and Teams (or similar) Customer service background with account management Experience supporting leadership in a technology industry
Qualifications:
Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
Must demonstrate the highest degree of professionalism while interacting with a diverse group.
Self-directed and able to perform assignments independently, and at times, with management staff under time constraints and stringent deadlines.
Graphics design background is a must.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
