Program Support Specialist- FSO

Description NMR Consulting is seeking a Program Support Specialist/Facility Security Officer providing support to the Program Manager for MDA (Missile Defense Agency) RECS (Research and Development Enterprise Collaboration Service) Program.
The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable in Department of Defense Security practices and procedures.
Primary
Responsibilities:
Administer the Facility Security Program to include submitting personnel security investigations, reinvestigations and monitoring progress of submissions Provide direct support to personnel who inquire about clearance status Provide initial/annual security and insider threat training to company personnel Create/maintain records in relation to company security plans, DD254s, personnel and report documentation Comply with Title 32 CFR, Part 117 National Industrial Security Program (NISPOM) and the Defense Counterintelligence Security Agency (DCSA) governing directives Perform in/out-processing actions that include initiating access/credential and system requests Serve as the liaison between the contractor and the Government on all incoming/outgoing visit requests Prepare and distribute organizational charts, Non-Disclosure Agreements, personnel spreadsheets, and weekly activity reports Facilitate the timely submission of Contract Data Requirements Listings (CDRLs) Knowledge of Security practices and procedures, NISPOM Knowledge of the Defense Information System for Security (DISS) Knowledge of the National Industrial System of Security (NISS) NMR Consulting is a Equal Opportunity Employer (EoE) M/F/D/V Recommended Skills Information Systems Research Research And Development Spreadsheets Nuclear Magnetic Resonance Organizational Charts Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
