Supply Inventory Specialist- SPF- FT- 2nd Shift CAROUSEL_PARAGRAPH Huntsville, Alabama Support Services 33717 Huntsville Hospital Main Campus Regular Full-Time Sterile Processing Facility 2 Share Job Job Description Overview Maintains established levels of laboratory supplies and equipment.
Assists in establishing and maintaining a system of records for all equipment and supplies.
Maintains a clean and safe environment in the department.
Acts as a liaison between laboratory and materials management department.
Maintains knowledge of current resources available to the department.
Assists with other duties as assigned.
Qualifications Minimum Knowledge, Skills, Experience Required Education/Licensure/Certifications High school diploma or GED required.
Experience Minimum of two years experience in the maintenance of supplies is preferred.
Additional Skills/Abilities Must have excellent communication skills with the ability to work in a fast paced environment, requiring prioritizing and changing tasks frequently and quickly.
Must possess basic computer skills for order entry and e-mail.
