We are searching for a talented, experienced Software Developer Lead to join our development team.
We are looking for a confident programmer to put on a variety of projects, to lead and collaborate with a larger software development team.
Our focus is not so much on any specific technology stacks but rather recruiting innovative, self-starters that can adapt with the right tools to match the solution to any problem.
This position will necessitate representation and interaction at customer meetings and will require the candidate to fully understand and represent Radiance's software development capabilities and how customer requirements will shape dynamic tasking.
Communication and critical thinking skills are a must to be successful in this position.
This position also includes supervisory responsibilities for a small number of employees and some program management.
Required Skills Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or Computer Engineering US citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearanceRequired Experience 8
years of experience with C++, C#, or Python (or other object-oriented programming language)Desired Qualifications Experience leading software development teams Qt development experience WPF (Windows Presentation Foundation) development experience Established expertise in developer tools or software development lifecycle (SDLC) systems Experience with SQL and Linux TS/SCI level security clearance with counterintelligence polygraph EOE/Minorities/Females/Vet/Disabled Recommended Skills C Sharp (Programming Language) C+
