Key
Responsibilities:
Validate and support Program Management Office Life Cycle Cost Estimates across various phases and support review board working groups.
Engage with various levels of management to provide in-depth analysis and support.
Utilize technical tools such as ACEIT to develop sophisticated cost estimating relationships, learning curves, and rate slopes.
Independently plan and prioritize a diverse workload in a dynamic and detail-oriented environment.
Employ operations research, statistical, and mathematical techniques for cost estimating and analysis.
Establish credible cost databases, interpret engineering and cost data, and develop parametric cost estimating models.
Apply statistical and quantitative risk assessment models as required.
What We Require:
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field with a strong math/statistical background.
At least 12 years of experience in cost estimating and analysis.
Advanced proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Familiarity with DoD financial databases and processes.
Proficient in cost estimating software tools, with ACEIT experience preferred.
Expertise in developing DoD Life Cycle Cost Estimates and automated cost models.
Active in-scope security clearance.
