SPA has an immediate need for a Senior Technical Documentation Specialist to support to the Future Attack Reconnaissance Aircraft (FARA) project office in Huntsville, AL.
This position is contingent upon contract award.
ResponsibilitiesProvide programmatic analysis and support to the Government Product Support Manager and functionally assigned IPT.
Review, analyze, and apply requirements of the DoD Instruction 5000.
02 to product support and other acquisition program documentation.
Coordinate the development and review of Integrated Product Support (IPS) documents and ensure they are accurate, approved and signed.
Documents and activities include but are not limited to CRP documents, RFP evaluations and negotiations, Life Cycle Sustainment Plan (LCSP), Product Support Business Case, Core Logistics Determination planning, and Independent Logistics Assessment.
Review, evaluate, verify, and provide technical recommendations for technical publications development.
Develop schedules/action item lists and monitor and report on status of these actions.
Prepare meeting minutes and presentation materials (DI-ADMN-81373; CDRL A002 Presentation Material, DI-ADMN-81505; CDRL A003 Report, Record of Meeting/Minutes).
Provide weekly updates to the COR on current work activities including risks and issues with mitigation recommendations (DI-MGMT-81928; CDRL A001).
QualificationsRequired BS/BA and eight years of relevant DoD experience.
Must obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Applications, and other standard (Customer specified) applications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
