Responsibilities:
Stripping & waxing of tile floors Maintain an outstanding appearance to all floors (hard floors and carpet) in a facility.
Use machines and hand tools.
Perform routine building cleaning under supervision, including trash removal; mopping, stripping, buffing of floors; window cleaning; dusting, dust-mopping, and sweeping.

Qualifications:
Must have at least 1 year of Floor Care experience (i.
e.
stripping & waxing) Must be comfortable walking, standing, reaching, stooping, bending, & lifting 40lbs individually.
Ability to read & interpret instructions, procedures, manuals, & other documents.
Strong verbal & written communication skills.
Knowledge of cleaning methods & equipment.
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals & their safe use.
Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
