Focal Team Business Analyst with Security Clearance
Provides technical, consultative, and administrative services across a broad range of functional disciplines related to Army Materiel Command Facility Related Control Systems (FRCS) /Industrial related control systems.
Assist the customer in effectiveness and efficiency of military related operations, resources, and programs to include planning, resource management, pricing, and metrics development.
Principal Duties and
Responsibilities:
o Provide Leadership to team that collects data from databases, web-based sources and tools, industry reports, public information, and/or internal sources.
Ensure information meets or exceeds customer expectations.
o Investigate current practices and lead brainstorming sessions to develop potential solutions for areas to improve current implementations to business processes.
o Translates data into valuable insights for operational decision-making and strategic planningo Provide Leadership direction to team which prepares reports, dashboards and graphic illustrations of findingso May collaborate with functional areas to develop and maintain performance metrics, measurements, methods and targets.
o Presents findings to General Officers and Senior Executive Staffs and internal stakeholderso Makes recommendations based on an understanding of the Department of Defense, Department of the Army and, Army Materiel Command's strategy and stakeholder needs.
o Lead Working Groups, In Process Reviews, Program Managements reviews which includes Department of Defense, Department of the Army and, Army Materiel Command stakeholders.
o Prepare senior-level presentations that communicate the as-is and the to-be states and clearly demonstrate business value to be gained from an improvement.
Requirements:
o Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Engineering, or other technical disciplineo Minimum of 10
years of related experienceo Working knowledge of desktop applications including word processing, spreadsheet, and database software packagesPreferred
Qualifications:
o Experience supporting DoD (Army Preferred)o Experience leading Integrated Product Team (IPTo Project Management Professional (PMP)o Experience with TMT/ETMS2o Experience with APMSo Experience with eMASS Candidate must be a U.
S.
Citizen.
Must have the ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance.
This is a full-time position located Huntsville, AL.
