Program Manager - D3I Domain 1 with Security Clearance

R-00127768 Description Leidos-Dynetics within the Leidos Defense Sector is seeking a qualified candidate capable of leading program execution within for Design, Development, Demonstration and Integration (D3I) Domain 1 IDIQ contract vehicle.
The task orders for this federal contract vehicle primarily revolve around research and development services in the field of national defense.
The services include design, development, demonstration, and integration of various defense technologies.
D3I-Domain 1 program will be utilized to conduct research for the development of hardware components and software solutions for Space, high altitude, missile defense.
Successful candidate will report directly to the to the PMO for the Platform Development Division within our Land Systems business area.
Primary
Responsibilities:
The successful candidate's primary responsibilities will be:
Serve as program manager for key projects on the D3I contract, and identify projects that require additional project management resources within the IDIQ space as it grows.
Program Management (cost, schedule, technical, risk/opportunity management) for reporting to the PMO for the execution of contracts/programs/activities within the D3I contract domain.
Maintain a healthy business rhythm to ensure contract deliverables, program reviews, and other leadership artifacts are continuously delivered per contract requirements.
Basic
Qualifications:
Typically requires a BA/BS or equivalent experience and 12
years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 10
years of prior relevant experience Generally, has 8
years of experience supervising or leading teams or project Ability to obtain a DOD Secret security clearance.
Demonstrated ability / experience leading significant program management tasks with high complexity and annual budgets of at least $5M, with preference to $25M
Experience working in leadership positions on a technically challenging program using earned value management to drive project performance.
Demonstrated ability to establish and track program baselines for design & development, manufacturing, and test programs to mature Prototypes into Production Demonstrated ability to successfully engage, motivate, and retain a diverse workforce of engineers.
Demonstrated ability to respond to RFP opportunities and manage teams through the proposal process.
Demonstrated ability developing messaging and materials to support engagements with senior customers Preferred
Qualifications:
Prior experience with hardware/software product development and production programs with preference for missile and weapon integrated system Prior experience with manufacturing execution to establish production lines and assess manufacturing readiness level is preferred Some business development experience is desirable Original Posting Date:

Pay Range $144,300.
00 - $260,850.
