GFEBS Subject Matter Expert (SME) with Security Clearance

Overview Axient is seeking a GFEBS Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support our customer in Huntsville, ALResponsibilities Duties will include, but are not limited to:
o Manages budget execution and maintains accounting records for reporting and analysis of all commitments, obligations, and disbursements.
o Responsible for assisting in the development, monitoring, coordinating, and integrating the program for BMD.
o Communicates with upper management and determine program status, identify variances, and recommend actions/response.
o Develops, distributes, and monitors implementation of internal operating policies and administrative directivesMaintains internal library of applicable regulations, directives, procedures, and instructions.
o Ensures obligation plans are documented properlyMeets with IPT's/APM's to review goals and provides recommendations to confirm funds are executed in accordance to plans.
o Prepares, submits, and assists in the defense of budgets required to support all assigned PM programs.
o Prepares and maintains records and pertinent documents related to manpower resources and budget requirements for in-house administrative resources for the PMO.
o Possess good oral and written communication skills.
o Works with Government systems such as General Fund Enterprise Business Systems (GFEBS); Experience with Wide Area Workflow (WAWF); Experience with Logistics Management Program; Experience with Comprehensive Cost and Requirements (CCaR)/Project Management Resource Tools (PMRT); Defense Travel System (DTS).
o Experienced with Financial Management Regulations to include DOD 7000-14, FMR 37-100, FMR 37-1Qualificationso Must possess active and transferable DoD security clearance.
o Bachelor's Degree in related discipline and 21 Years of relative experience required.
o Experience in managing multiple appropriations to include RDTE, APA, OMA, and FMS.
o Experience in performance of execution analysis.
o Fundamental understanding of Army Acquisition Process.
o Experience in cutting funding documents (MIPRs / PWDs).

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
