Qualifications:
Security Officers, sometimes referred to as Security Guards, deter criminal activity, protect property and enforce rules on a property.
Some monitor surveillance cameras and alarms from a stationary position, while others patrol areas and do security checks.
In factories and offices, Security Officers provide protection for equipment and workers along with checking the credentials of vehicles and individuals coming and going from the premises.

Rover:
Foot or vehicle patrols, responsible for detecting any suspicious behavior and preventing vandalism, thefts or other criminal behavior, etc.
Gatehouse:
Greet residents and guests with a friendly demeanor, check identification, log visitor vehicles, announce visitors, control access to all persons to the property, etc.
Front Desk:
Acknowledge and greet all guests with utmost courtesy and urgency, customer service, access control, greeting residents and guests with a courteous demeanor, monitor CCTV camera systems, announce visitors, distribute packages, etc.
Responsibilities:
Working Team Leader on shift Interact with all guests (clients, residents and visitors) in a professional demeanor Ensure officers are performing all assigned duties including but not limited to time sheets, daily logs, activity and incident reports Review and verify all reports and logs for accuracy Utilize approved security equipment (CCTV, radios, computers/tablets etc.
) Effectively communicate all pertinent information to team in a timely manner Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance (uniform and equipment) Other duties to be determined by management
Qualifications:
Must be at least 21 years of age Alabama Security License (Required) Valid Driver's License and clean driving history (Required) High School Diploma or equivalent Minimum of one year previous security experience required Flexible/ on- call schedule availability Professional demeanor and appearance Excellent computer skills Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) Attentive to detail Must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Previous experience utilizing security equipment and protocols required Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background and drug) #HNT.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
