Delta Solutions & Strategies is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Analysist Logistical Specialist to support a high-performance team within Program Executive Office Missiles and Space at PM SHIELD (Short and Intermediate Effectors for Layered Defense) at Redstone Arsenal, AlThis position involves periodic travel to support the program and product offices mission within the continental United States and potentially abroadDelta Solutions & Strategies is the 2023 Small Business Award National Small Business Prime Contractor of the Year and we are looking for teammates who want to help us reach even higher goalsWhat you will be doing:
Demonstrated ability to independently act as a consultant, to set priorities, to organize tasks, monitor assignments, and ensure completion of assigned workStrong knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)At least 5years of relevant experience in the following areas:
Providing acquisition analyst support to Government and/or DoD project offices for the development and management of the functions associated with assigned contracts during each phase of the contracting processKeen understanding and intimate familiarity with all aspects of contracts and requirement packages to include the Statement of Work (SOW), Performance Work Statement (PWS), Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL), Document Summary List (DSL), Market Research (MRR), Competition Advocate Shopping List (CASL) entries, Operations Security (OPSEC) requirements, Procurement Work Directive (PWD), Independent Government Cost Estimate (IGCE), CLIN structure, and Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP)Ability to plan, develop and establish contractual strategy for acquisitionsAbility to work multiple contract actions, including new contracts, negotiations, directed changes, Undefinitized Contract Actions (UCAs), definitizations and modificationsAbility to provide thoughtful insight and useful acquisition assistance during negotiationsPreparing for and participating in Program Management Reviews (PMRs) to assist the Program Managers on acquisition/contracting prioritiesWorking with multiple offices, divisions, and branches, both internally and externally, to solve funding and other issues associated with contract awardsProvide administrative, financial, and logistical support to the IPM in the development, administering, and overseeing of the execution of Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Letters of Offer and Acceptance (LOAs) within the constraints and guidelines established in the Security Assistance Management Manual (SAMM)What you will need:
Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance, Mathematics, Science, Engineering, or related field (or 5 years additional experience)3 years of DoD Acquisition or weapon system experienceCurrent/relevant Army knowledge and backgroundSecret clearance and eligible to obtain TS with Special Compartmented Information (SCI) and Special Access Programs (SAP) accessPreferred

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
