Program Acquisition Manager with Security Clearance
Delta Solutions & Strategies is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Analysist Logistical Specialist to lead and direct a high-performance team to support Program Executive Office Missiles and Space at PM SHIELD (Short and Intermediate Effectors for Layered Defense) at Redstone Arsenal, AlThis position involves periodic travel to support the program and product offices mission within the continental United States and potentially abroadDelta Solutions & Strategies is the 2023 Small Business Award National Small Business Prime Contractor of the Year and we are looking for teammates who want to help us reach even higher goalsWhat you will be doing:
Manage all aspects of accounts payable and receivable; including invoice processing, check disbursement, and deductionsMaintain contract funding in the ERP systemDevelop procedures for creating unique identifiers in BPMI s custom ERP databaseServe as liaison with GSA and contractors to make purchases from GSA commercial contractCommunicate with design engineers, technical writers, and illustrators to complete outstanding TMs for customersDevelop diverse documentation associate with the areas of expertise in accordance with applicable standard and instructionsPlan and implement activities require for program planning, development and execution through all program phasesProvide manufacturing floor support in areas of material flow, work release planning/execution to MRP schedule and tactical production supportInterface and collaborate with DoD logistics officesCoordinate production transitions and procurement according to material requirements planning (MRP)Direct activities involve in project procurement and contract management of equipment and commoditiesWhat you will need:
Bachelor's Degree (or 5 years additional experience)4 years of DoD Acquisition or weapon system experienceCurrent/relevant Army knowledge and background Secret Security Clearance and eligible to obtain TS-Special Compartmented Information (SCI) and Special Access Programs (SAP) accessPreferred
