You'd like to do this Seeking a skilled systems engineer with experience or working knowledge of modeling and simulation (M&S) system-level requirements verification for the Defense Agency's (MDA's) Ground Tests (GT)Candidate must possess initiative and strong communication skills and be able to successfully achieve goals dependent on interactions with multiple disciplinesExperience in MDA's Ground Test Integrated System Simulation (GTISS) is highly desiredYou're required to have thiso Goal-oriented with excellent people skills, ability to work in a team environment, strong work ethic and proactive in all manners related to the job.
o Ability to perform analysis of system of systems and develop interoperability requirements for lower level systems.
o Ability to develop and apply verification and validation methodologies, processes, logic, and planning.
o Excellent written and oral communication skillsMulti-tasks with strong attention to detail and excellent follow-through skills.
o Familiarity with system-of-systems simulation architectures.
o MDA Missile Defense System (MDS) experience, particularly experience with Verification, Validation, and Accreditation (VV&A) analysis of Missile Defense Models and Simulationso Knowledgeable of MDA ground test integration and execution, with emphasis on the simulation architecture to component system interfaces and functionality.
o Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)o Active DoD Secret Clearanceo 10-20 years of related experienceo Knowledge of Model Based Systems Engineering a pluso General understanding of Missile Defense Agency processes and policieso 15
years related experience, 10
