General Engineer with Security Clearance

Dutieso Develops, plans and schedules, and establishes technical parameters for the conduct of conceptual and research studies in assigned areas of responsibility.
o Conducts extensive literature research, evaluation of scientific reports and other material to establish criteria and to obtain data in related fields which will aid in development of projects.
o Manages the development, maintenance, and utilization of BMD small computer network and associated models to allow top level systems analysis by the individual user.
o Plans and develops projects or problems to be accomplished which aid in the analysis of system effectiveness.
o Identifies and/or predicts the critical engineering and physical problem areas limiting the effectiveness of BMD systems, determines methods for solution of these areas and recommends courses of action.
