We provide digital media of homes for local Realtors, homeowners, builders, remodelers, and commercial clients.
Our Administrative Assistant position is a remote working position with flexible hours.
This part-time role involves assisting with scheduling, managing client communications, ensuring the quality of client deliverables, handling social media, and supporting daily operations to maintain a smooth workflow.
An ideal candidate will be able to engage clients in a friendly demeanor, understand client issues to provide tailored solutions, and have image editing experience to perform minor corrections during quality review to make sure photography meets Rocket City Photo's standards.
Additionally, the candidate is expected to efficiently assist with daily tasks, providing support throughout business operations.

Responsibilities:
Supporting Daily Workflow:
Actively assist in daily operations to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow, including scheduling, managing tasks, prioritizing responsibilities, and facilitating communication across teams.
Client Communication:
Engage with clients through phone, text, and email with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Quality Assurance:
Play a key role in quality review of deliverables and performing minor image editing tasks to ensure that our work meets the company's high standards.
Social Media Management:
Manage and update social media profiles, engaging with the community and promoting services.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Strong self-reliance and self-motivation, with the ability to work independently.
Strong time management and organizational skills, with a proven track record of meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to engage clients positively and understand their needs to provide tailored solutions.
Must be proficient in using digital calendars for scheduling and meeting adjustments to ensure an efficient workflow.
Strong attention to detail.
Flexibility to handle various tasks and shift priorities as needed.
Experience in photo editing.
Familiarity with social media platforms.
An acceptable criminal background check.
Skills Required:
Basic computer skills in various software and web-based applications.
Online Calendar management.
Proficiency in photo editing using Adobe Lightroom and/or Adobe Photoshop.
Adept at navigating and utilizing various social media platforms.
Working Schedule:
We are seeking candidates who are adaptable and open to a dynamic work schedule, encompassing 10 to 20 hours per week, with opportunities for additional hours based on business needs.
This role includes a component of evening and weekend work, designed to extend our support to clients and potential clients outside of regular business hours.
Evening and weekend working hours will be limited and shared amongst multiple team members.
