Lead and motivate a team of 8 -10 call center members.
Recruit, hire, and train call center personnel to help grow the call center team Refine and execute training curriculum for the call center team Prepare work schedules to ensure efficient coverage Write/edit call scripts for different campaigns and audiences Work closely with the Director of Marketing to develop call center budgets Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring and performance feedback to the team Monitor and analyze call center metrics and reports to identify trends, address performance gaps, and implement process improvements The Right Candidate Will Have:
Inbound/Outbound call center experience is required Experience in the home improvement industry is ideal, but not required Call center leadership experience Strong training experience In-home appointment setting and scripting experience is a plus Retail and event experience is a plus Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$70,000.
