Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Customer Service Travel Representative to join our team on a freelance basis.
As a 1099 commission-based role, you will have the opportunity to work remotely and independently, providing exceptional customer service to travelers seeking assistance with their bookings and inquiries.

Responsibilities:
1.
Customer Support:
Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries via email, phone, and live chat, addressing their questions, concerns, and requests related to travel bookings, reservations, and itineraries.
2.
Booking Assistance:
Assist customers with booking flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities according to their preferences, budget, and travel plans.
3.
Problem Resolution:
Proactively identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the booking process or while customers are traveling, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for travelers.
4.
Itinerary Management:
Create and manage detailed travel itineraries for customers, including flight details, hotel reservations, transportation arrangements, and activity schedules.
5.
Travel Advice:
Provide expert advice and recommendations to customers on destinations, attractions, travel packages, visa requirements, travel insurance, and other related services.
6.
Sales and Upselling:
Utilize strong sales skills to upsell additional services, upgrades, and travel packages to customers, maximizing revenue opportunities and commission earnings.
7.
Documentation and Record-Keeping:
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, bookings, payments, and other relevant information using our CRM system or designated tools.
8.
Stay Updated:
Stay informed about the latest travel industry trends, promotions, deals, and regulations to provide customers with up-to-date and relevant information.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in customer service, sales, or travel-related roles.
2.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
3.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
4.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
5.
Proficiency in using booking platforms, GDS systems, and CRM software (preferred).
6.
Knowledge of travel industry practices, destinations, and products.
7.
Sales-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets and maximizing earnings.
8.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
