Health, Dental, Vision, Life, PTO, 401KThe EDI Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring an accurate and efficient workflow for all EDI transactions, incoming and outgoing. They will work closely with sales, customer service and external EDI contacts regarding order confirmations, discrepancies and correcting errors, as well as documenting best practices for training. Coordinator will be responsible for keeping up with customer compliance requirements and expectations. The EDI Coordinator will be responsible for internal and external compliance to meet company goals and prevent chargebacks, including managing external customer portals and individual EDI platforms.Duties and
Responsibilities:
Review all EDI PO's throughout the day in SPS Commerce and DSCO, correct errors and reprocess into ERP as needed, communicate orders to Customer Service for review. Work with Sales and Customer Service to resolve pricing, product, qty, ship date and all other discrepancies as needed Work closely with the Sales and Purchasing teams to train on best practices and customer requirements including ship windows, packaging and label requirements, carrier preferences etc. Create SSCC label formats based on customer specifications Provide assistance on critical needs. Setup and maintenance of all EDI connections, including initial document testing. Proactive education on additional EDI transactions that might later be required as the program expands. Work with Ecommerce web team to assist with data mapping to/from ecommerce platforms as needed Data storage and management for all EDI related information - i.e. vendor guides, routing guides, contacts, compliance standards - document all changes and communicate to relevant teams Other duties as needed Required Skills/Abilities:
Ability to function well in a high-paced environment. Ability to organize and execute multiple tasks with high accuracy Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Excellent time management skills and ability to plan and proven ability to meet deadlines Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills in dealing with all levels in the organization. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Education and Experience High School Diploma and Associates Degree, Bachelor degree preferred Minimum 2 years' experience with EDI systems Experience in NetSuite preferred Recommended Skills Analytical Customer Service E Commerce Maintenance Microsoft Office Netsuite Apply to this job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
