ACQUISITION ANALYST with Security Clearance

Dutieso Plan, develop and establish the contractual strategy for the overall acquisition program for the organization.
o Responsible for the full range of acquisition planning and contract management functions required to support a project.
o Serve as a primary representative on contract related task forces.
o Make reports to higher headquarters on status of contracts.
o Prepare and maintain current acquisition plans, appropriate milestone charts and related schedulesRequirements Conditions of Employmento Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.

o This is an Army Acquisition, Logistics and Technology Workforce positionSelectee must meet position requirements for Contracting Professional certification within 36 months as of entrance on duty.

Experience:
One year of specialized experience in the Federal service which includes:
1) Providing contract development and monitoring support for various weapon programs; 2) Analyzing contract performance and making recommendations for revisions; and 3) Participating in development of procurement documents which may include:
performance work statements, independent Government estimates, evaluation criteria, options, funding, delivery schedules, lead times, and reporting requirementsThis typically includes work performed at the next lower grade/level (NH-02/GS-11) position in the federal serviceYou will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas:
