Program Manager with Security Clearance
Overview Bowhead seeks a Program Manager to support the United States Army Security Assistance Command (USASAC) Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Enterprise on an upcoming effort in Huntsville, ALResponsibilities o Perform planning, budgetary, contract and systems/program management execution functions required to provide life cycle support (maintenance, repair, supplies, logistics) to a large enterprise operation focused on Security Assistance/Foreign Military Sales.o Provide technical and management support for programs/projects identified by individual/multiple task orderso Prepares project implementation plans, coordinates project activities, monitors milestones, and provides progress reportso Acts as interface between the contracting officer (KO) and Contracting Officer Representative (COR)Qualifications o Bachelors Degree in such disciplines as Business Management, Program Management, General Business, Supply Chain Management, Project Management, Strategic Studies, Foreign Policy, International Studies, Political Science, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Resource Management, or other related technical, or professional disciplines.o A minimum of twelve years technical or general management experience is required, at least seven of which must have been in program/project management.o Must reside within commuting distance to Redstone ArsenalSECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS:
Must currently hold a Secret Security ClearanceUS Citizenship is a requirement for Secret clearance at this locationPhysical Demands:
