Overview i3 is seeking a Naval Aviation Electronics Intermediate Level Technician (ATI) Subject Matter Expert (SME) to assist a software development team develop virtual training solutions for Aviation Electronics Intermediate Level Technician (ATI) coursesThe candidate must be able to translate aviation terminology, procedures, and operations for the Virtual Training Suite (VTS) development teamThe candidate would also assist with product progress reporting, scheduling, and customer (stakeholder) interfaceResponsibilities Candidates should possess excellent communication and analytical skills; knowledge of interactive multimedia instruction is a plusThe candidate will work closely with customers, supervisors, instructional systems designers, software designers, software engineers, and 3D artists to create interactive mobile, web, augmented reality, virtual reality, desktop training systems, serious games, and distributed learning simulationsThe candidate will provide subject matter expertise through design meetings, storyboard creation, and software content validationCandidate should be able to adapt to changing workloads quickly and collaborate with your team and other business units to provide software solutions, following best practices to ensure a high-quality standardThis fast-paced work environment has plenty of room for creativity, expression, and growthPosition Location:

Less than 25% Qualifications Required
Experience:
o Bachelor's degree plus at least eight years of applicable experience - or - an associate degree plus at least 8-10 years of relevant experience in the following NEC (I13A, I17A, I25A, I26A, I34A).o Experience serving as an ATI Instructor within the fleet.o Ability to obtain/maintain SECRET security clearance.o Proficiency with MS Office suitePreferred
Experience:
