Alabama Collaborating Physician Locums Job Physician will be needed via phone or email Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm. Physician will need to come onsite at least once a month (or more if desired) for 2-3 hours to engage with the Nurse Practitioner. Clinic focus is on males who have erectile dysfunction and testosterone issues. They do have a few injectables. Testosterone is the only medicine being prescribed and it s being done under the NP s DEA.Details/Requirements:
All 4 NPs are full-time 4 NPs total (1 NP per location) Chart review done quarterly (10%) and when the physician is onsite 1:
1 will be done onsite Remote other than the once-a-month onsite visit Licensed in Alabama Start ASAP No credentialing is needed Collaborative Agreement will need to be signedJackson
