The ideal Installation Project Manager candidate must be able to make quick decisions that align with the best interests of both the client and the company.
In this role you will be expected to work at our job sites using our installation techniques, in office and always willing to assist our team as a great leader.
PRIMARY
Responsibilities:
Managing our installation teams Reviewing projects sold by our sales team Measuring windows and doors with 100% accuracy Overseeing the service department Preparing computerized orders Ensuring that work is moving forward on schedule Qualified Candidates Must Possess:
Strong customer service skills The ability to listen to customer concerns The skills to exceed customer expectations on every project Be a great leader to our installation teams Take initiative to make sure everything is done right and on time
