Code of Federal Regulations (CFRs), and established policies and guidelines.
Final determinations rest with appropriate Federal Adjudicators.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for the team, addressing inquiries.
Provide guidance, ensure training completion, and oversee performance goals achievement.
Conduct formal assessments to ensure high-quality, compliant work both on-site and off-site.
Proactively identify and address issues, involving necessary resources for resolution.
Demonstrate expertise in government security policies and regulations, informing adjudication recommendations accordingly.
Manage the review of various security-related materials to make suitability and eligibility recommendations.
Recommend whether applicants meet employment requirements for sensitive or non-sensitive positions, aligning with adjudicative guidelines.
Support the implementation of operational policies, procedures, and standards, particularly regarding the Continuous Evaluation Program.
Assist in developing and implementing Standard Operating Procedures for Federal staff.
Address unique security challenges through collaboration with senior specialists and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
High school diploma required.
Top-Secret clearance with the ability to obtain/maintain SCI clearance.
Four (4) years of personnel security administration experience, with demonstrated adjudicative decision-making or recommendation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, strong written and oral communication abilities, risk management, and problem-solving skills.
