o Reliability Engineer provides leadership and mentoring to a multi-discipline/multi-product engineering team and will be responsible for leading the development of moderate to high complex system level requirements, designs and verification plansJob
Summary:
o Recommend new approaches and techniques to achieve continuous improvement in systems development processes.
o Lead direct technical interface with multiple customers.
o Create complete safety documents (Functional Hazard Analysis, System Safety Assessment, and System Safety Hazard Analysis).
o Liaise with program leaders and customers to understand their requirements, propose engineering alternatives, and resolve any product related issues.
o Establish, conduct and maintain internal design reviews and guidelines for product development and engineering designsIdentify engineering risks and oversee/monitor the associated mitigations
Qualifications:
o A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace, Computer or Systems Engineering from an accredited institution and a minimum of 7 years of applicable experienceo In depth experience with DOORSo Experience performing reliability engineering functions, such as creating Failure Mode & Effects Analysis (FMEA), conducting Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) analyseso Must be able to obtain and maintain a Government Security Clearance #cj Recommended Skills Prototype (Manufacturing) Maintainability Process Control Reliability Calibration Electrical Engineering Apply to this job.
