Summary:
The BOID Project Manager will support the FtBenning DPW and BOID by providing operational and analytical support of Real Property data within the Army Business Systems which include GFEBS, ISR-I, HQIIS, BUILDER, ePRISM, and the Army Maintenance Application (ArMA)DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
o Ensure all contractual obligations are understood and executed within proscribed standards.o Provide Installation Status Report-Infrastructure (ISR-I) support by coordinating with the DPW ISR-I Manager to evaluate and update facilities and Real Property assets across the installation.o Conduct analysis of reports using the BUILDER Sustainment Management System (SMS).o Provide cProjects and GFEBS Project System support to ensure complete accountability of all projects included in the DPW Annual Work Plan.o Provide additional business system support to the BOID as required.o Ensure Real Property records and data management practices are compliant with Army regulations.o Supervise and support all Dawson employees working on the BOID Business Integration contract.o Perform contract management duties, as needed.o Performs other related duties as assigned by managementSUPERVISORY

o This job has supervisory responsibilities.o Directly supervises 14 employees within the Dawson BOID Business Integration team.o Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.o Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems
Qualifications:
o High School Diploma or GED required.o USCitizen required.o Proficient in GFEBS navigation and reporting actions.o Minimum 3 years supervisory experience on Government contracts.o Proficient in Microsoft office, primarily Excel.o Practical knowledge of the mission, function, goals, objectives, work processes, and sources of funding for the organization.o Ability to work in a fast paced, multitasking environment.o Ability to navigate various computer systems.o Ability to effectively work in a team environment to achieve project goals.o Excellent verbal and written communication skills.o Accountability for results and deadlinesPHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:
