Qualifications:
The Boeing Test & Evaluation (BT&E) organization is seeking a System Test and Design Engineering Manager to join our team in Huntsville, AL.
This position will lead a highly skilled team of test equipment design engineers and test engineers performing qualification and development testing for Integrated Air and Missile Defense (IAMD) programs, including PAC-3, Avenger, and ABMD.
The selected candidate will be responsible for working closely with product owners to manage all aspects of testing to meet program objectives from requirements definition to test equipment design to test execution.
The successful candidate must have a strong sense of responsibility for the success of the program and be able to motivate a group of diverse individuals to achieve a common objective with shared values and processes.
The Lab Test Value Stream organization within BT&E executes a strategy of obtaining the best team, talent, and leaders by creating an open and inclusive working environment.

Position Responsibilities Include:
Develop and execute project and process plans to perform development and qualification testing through all phases including test requirements definition, planning, design, execution, and teardownManage a team of employees performing test engineering and design activities associated with test equipment development, test planning, and lab managementExperience utilizing Earned Value Management to plan resources, measure performance to plan, and identify risks, issues, and opportunitiesImplement policies and procedures and sets operational goalsAcquire resources for projects and processes and leads process improvementsDevelop and maintain relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reportsEnsure that the proper staff, facilities, equipment, and tools are available for support and testing staff are available to execute the program SOWLead and foster an innovative work environment leading to identification of opportunities for improvement of products, process, quality, safety, and productivityThis position is expected to be 100% onsite.
The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship.
An interim and/or final U.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science 5

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
